1. Terms of service

Ember Hookah provides mobile hookah catering: delivery, setup and service of hookahs by our masters at private and corporate events in Barcelona and the surrounding area.

• Bookings are made by phone, WhatsApp, email or the request form, and are confirmed only when we confirm them in writing.
• Prices shown on the website, including the calculator, are estimates. The final price, including applicable VAT, and any deposit or cancellation conditions are confirmed in writing before the booking.
• The service is only for adults. Our masters will not serve anyone under 18, may ask any guest for ID, and may refuse service to anyone who appears to be underage or intoxicated.
• The customer is responsible for making sure smoking is permitted at the event venue. Under Law 28/2005, smoking is not allowed in most enclosed public spaces and workplaces.
• The equipment remains our property. The customer is responsible for damage to equipment caused by guests, beyond normal wear.
• Under Article 103(l) of the TRLGDCU, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date or period.

2. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction

Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones / fulls oficials de reclamació) are available on request. You can also send any complaint to info.ember.hookah@gmail.com, and we will answer as soon as possible and within the legal deadlines.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence. For business customers, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction.
