- Contact for data protection
- info.ember.hookah@gmail.com
What we collect: the details you send us through the request form, email, phone or WhatsApp (name, email address, phone number, and the event details you include). We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
Why and on what legal basis:
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote, as a step you request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To provide the booked service and manage invoicing, for performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet our tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To answer general questions, based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it: enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking and invoicing data are kept for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires (generally up to 6 years).
Who receives it: we do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed by the providers we use to communicate and to host the website (for example our email provider, the Web3Forms form service that delivers the booking form, WhatsApp and our hosting provider), only as needed to provide those services. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights: you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability, and you can withdraw any consent at any time, by writing to info.ember.hookah@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Minors: our services are for adults only, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
